A total of 11 teams will competed for the title of IOST 2016 champions in the tournament to be held in the University of Limerick complex on August 13 & August 14, 2016.
There will be a new name on the trophy this year as reigning champions 2Pak will not travel. The tournament will be played over two days with the teams split into 2 groups for a full round robin on the Saturday before splitting into Cup, Plate and Bowl on the Sunday.
